Specialty UTV/Side-by-Side TNT shore excursions for CRUISE passengers from Port of Sydney via Hunter’s Mountain to iconic Cape Clear with trailside lunch – times are based on ship schedules. Enjoy TWO exciting tours with a tasty trailside lunch! First, you’ll hop on a taxi tour directly at dock, Port of Sydney, for a scenic ride to the heart of Cape Breton, Hunter’s Mountain. You will then explore the backwoods trails in our 6-seater UTV/ Side-by-Side with our trustworthy local guide. While climbing through the Highlands and taking in nature’s beauty you will have plenty of photo ops and a chance to spot wildlife. It’s the perfect way to experience Cape Breton’s beauty!

From the Port of Sydney your taxi tour takes you over the Seal Island Bridge, climbing Kelly's Mountain and makes a road-side stop at stunning St. Ann's look-off. Here you will enjoy scenic views enroute to TNT at Hunter's Mountain. Sydney & Cape Breton Taxi Tours have excellent local knowledge and experience. Be prepared for a day of fun!
Arrive at Hunter's Mountain 1.5 hr after dock pickup
You will meet your TNT Outdoor Adventure tour guide at 1072 Cabot Trail, Hunter’s Mountain. We will have you geared up and ready to start your trail tour, climbing the mountain road and on route to the breathtaking views of Cape Clear! This is the inside trail of the Cape Breton Highlands so keep watch for wildlife along the way.
Trailside tasty lunch break at iconic Cape Clear
At over 1,500 feet in elevation, you will have an unparalleled view over the highlands and picturesque Margaree River. Enjoy a tasty trailside lunch, provided by TNT, while enjoying the epic views of the inside trail of Cape Breton. Note: If time constraints, due to ship's docking schedule/traffic, prevent us from reaching Cape Clear, an alternate trail will be offered as a substitute.

Trip Pricing
Come and join the fun and excitement of off-road trail riding with TNT Outdoor Adventures Inc! Your driver is a certified UTV operator that will meet you at 1072 Cabot Trial, Hunter's Mountain for a morning start (time based on cruise ship schedule) and provide you with a basic UTV / side-by-side operation training and safety protocol for trail riding. Helmets and safety glasses are provided by TNT. You should dress comfortably, for the forecasted weather conditions. Layers and sturdy footwear recommended; face covering/mask suggested, as sometimes we kick up a little dust! Gloves may be a good option as well. Tasty trailside lunch included. The tour is an unforgettable adventure. Be prepared for fun!

Great way to explore the region. Perfect for people who don’t like to hike but still want to see the great views of what nature has to offer. Turk was knowledgeable and even managed to make our teenager smile a few times! Would recommend this tour for sure.

Off road adventure, beautiful scenery, amazing highland views, this tour has it all! Turk, our guide, was great! Took us on a 3+ hour tour that gave us unique views of the area. Well worthwhile! Highly recommend!

Such an on incredible trip.
